There is an accumulated knowledge of 70 years in matting in this team photo alone with another 50 years of experience from the other members of the team giving a total of 120 years. With experience like that, why go elsewhere?

Chantelle Brown

Chantelle joined the Syncros team in early 2007 and has become a key member of the team who is well known to many of our customers. Chantelle was promoted to Senior Sales Co-ordinator in 2010 and is our carpet tile guru as well as being heavily involved in retail specifications.

Neil Palmer

Neil was an original member of Floor Protection Services (FPS), joining back in 2001 as Sales Co-ordinator before being promoted to Sales Supervisor. After the purchase by PHS in 2007 he moved into the Syncros business and was promoted to Sales Office Manager. Neil has gained a large amount of experience over the last 10 years and is a fountain of knowledge for customers and the team alike. 

Neil Barber

Neil joined the team in 2010 and has become a key member of the team who is well known to many of our customers. Neil’s role includes working on retail specifications such as Waitrose, Morrison’s and Shopping Centres as well as Glenigans research and our range of Janitorial matting all keep Neil a very, very busy man.

Kate Temple

Kate Temple joined the team in 2008 and is well known to many of our retail customers/contractors as she is our Key Accounts Co-ordinator, looking after major accounts such as Tesco and ensuring the deliveries and installations are smooth and worry free. 

Mark Gamble

Mark started out back in the late nineties as a route driver for Floor Protection Services (FPS) before developing in to a fitter. He was promoted to Fitting Manager of FPS before PHS purchased the company in 2007 where he remained as the Regional Fitting Manager before leaving and joining AC Flooring as a Contracts Manager, and then later Grip Fit as the Installation Manager. Mark rejoined Syncros in November 2011 and was promoted to Assistant Regional Fitting Manager later. Mark is very well known in the industry for his knowledge and exceptional fitting skills. Mark is one of the very few FESSI Master Fitters in the country.  

Chris English

Chris joined as a route driver for Floor Protection Services (FPS) in 2001. He was then promoted to Operations Supervisor of FPS before PHS purchased the company in 2007. Chris was promoted to Regional Fitting Manager for the Specialist Mats Division which incorporates Syncros Entrance Matting Systems, Matta Products and PHS Treadsmart installations. Chris has gained a vast amount of experience over the last decade in these fields and is a key member of the team. IOSH qualified, Chris not only runs the fitting but also oversees our Risk Assessments and evaluations.

Elaine Impey

Elaine Impey has now joined the expanding team at Syncros as a Co-ordinator for new specifications, shopping centres and contractors. Elaine used to work for Floor Protection Services aka FPS back in 2007 and has now rejoined the team in Syncros to help manage the growth from these sectors.
